One-to-one coaching · Northeast Ohio & virtual · Six-month partnership
Even capable, experienced leaders encounter situations that don't have easy answers. That's not a weakness. It's the nature of leading people.
Every decision, conflict, or difficult employee situation seems to land on your desk.
You need to give feedback, address conflict, delegate, or hold someone accountable—but want to handle it well.
A promotion, changing team, or growing business means yesterday's approach isn't getting tomorrow's results.
A focused six-month, one-to-one coaching relationship designed around the leadership challenges you're facing right now.
No generic curriculum. No crowded classroom. Just structured conversations, useful insight, practical action, and accountability.
We begin by clarifying your biggest leadership challenges, the people and business outcomes that matter, and what meaningful progress would look like.
Through candid questions, perspective, and reflection, we uncover assumptions, explore options, and identify approaches that fit your situation.
Every conversation connects to a practical next step—whether that's a difficult discussion, a delegation decision, or a change in how you lead.
We revisit commitments, navigate setbacks, and track useful changes. Optional assessments can deepen insight when they serve your goals.
At agreed checkpoints, we review observable changes in your leadership behavior and, where feasible, their connection to business results.
Whether you own the company or lead within one, having a confidential, experienced thinking partner can change how you approach your work.
You've built a business. Now you need to lead people, grow a management team, and make decisions without carrying every issue yourself.
You're responsible for results through other people. Coaching gives you space to reflect, build new skills, and navigate more complex demands.
BrainSpark Talent Development is led by Robert (Bob) Dianetti, a business owner, consultant, and leadership development professional with decades of experience working with organizations and the people who lead them.
Bob brings the perspective of someone who has built and run businesses—not just studied them. His coaching is grounded in thoughtful questions, practical application, and the conviction that better leadership should make a meaningful difference at work.
The Leadership Partnership is primarily professional coaching: a structured, confidential thinking relationship focused on your goals and actions. Where useful, Bob can share business perspectives or recommend separate training or consulting services. Roles and expectations are agreed upon at the outset.
Two private coaching sessions per month, agreed-upon development goals, practical action commitments, and periodic progress reviews. Exact session length, scheduling, confidentiality, sponsor communication, and fees are established in a written agreement before work begins.

No. When it would add value, an Everything DiSC® or Working Genius assessment may be used as one source of insight—not as a label or a substitute for understanding your real situation.
No. The partnership can be conducted virtually. In-person meetings may be available by arrangement in Northeast Ohio.
Pricing depends on the scope of the engagement, including any assessments or employer reporting requirements. A short introductory conversation helps determine whether there is a fit and what a suitable engagement would look like.
Start with a short, no-obligation Leadership Fit Conversation. We'll explore what you're facing, what you'd like to change, and whether working together makes sense.
No hard sell. No commitment to a six-month program. Just a useful first conversation.
For employer-sponsored coaching: HR leaders and company sponsors are welcome to initiate the conversation.
